Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice or whole cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice
  • ice, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend together until smooth. Add ice or additional liquid as needed.
