Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
The easiest, tastiest gluten free and dairy free chocolate chip banana bread!

- 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or alternative)
- 1 tsp almond extract (sub vanilla)
- 1 cup GF 1:1 baking flour I used Bob's Red Mill
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips Use Enjoy Life Foods for DF
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper (it helps to crinkle it up first).
Mix wet ingredients together. Gently fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan, sprinkle additional chocolate chips, then transfer to oven to bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool (the hardest part, I KNOW) prior to slicing….then ENJOY!
